A YES …or a NO???

About you, whenever, I sit to ink
Automatically, I just begin to think.
Just looking at the words that flow
makes me wonder, special are you still, a yes or a no.

Not so long ago, If you remember, in the past
we thought, happiness between us, could everlast.
Closeness, in us, set out to so very easily grow
a coincidence of sorts you still think, yes or a no.

There were instances wherein I was in a lot of strife
and I wondered where you had disappeared from my life.
Is it that you never want to be there in my low
I wish I get an answer, either a yes or a no.

Yet, I used to have my unending concern
as, for you, always, in me, I had this yearn.
A sham, you thought, was it, all that I had to show
tell me today, as I want to know, whether a yes or a no.

Soon was to come that dreaded and unforgettable day
wherein, we left each other’s lives, with nothing to say.
Yet, my heart, still for an answer, wants to know
whether now also, you care for me, just a yes or a no.

..WAS THERE SOMETHING THAT YOU WERE TRYING TO HIDE??

When i saw you the first time, i knew
that there was something i had seen in few.
It was at that instant i wished you were always beside
though i felt that from me, something you were trying to hide.

You had such warmth and an amazing smile
that even now, from my mind, hasnt left me for a while.
I always wanted to see the sunset, with you, every eventide
even though your face, from me,you always wanted to hide.

Though the way you acted at times were real strange
i couldnt follow the different emotions and their range.
Yet i knew that i could trust you to not take me for a ride
though i thought that there was something that you were to hide.

Like a blind man, you i always went to follow
and couldnt leave the glimpse i saw in the shadow.
I saw you like, in future, to be my bride
even though i felt that from me, you were trying to hide.

Alas, all this has come to some sort of a full stop
and from then on, like a limp,am out to hop.
For you to return, both my heart and mind have cried
and reminded me, what all from me, you tried to hide.

.....EVERY CLOUD WILL HAVE A SILVER LINING..

Many centuries ago, had set it right, a sage
which over time has become a common adage
that people still will continue to always sing
that every cloud will have a silver lining.

There might have been times when one is in a mess
and hence felt frustrated, lost and be in distress.
Even if one were to fly, like a bird, without a wing
one day every cloud will have a silver lining.

One may thread,in life, very close to the cliff
and risk and failure,one may've to endure,if.
Though not even a rope, one may not get to cling
soon every cloud will have a silver lining. .

How life takes and were to proceed and go
none can say especially about perils,it were to show.
All were to go around in a vicious ring
and still every cloud will have a silver lining.

At times one may have to admit defeat
and may not find a ground, to keep the feet.
Yet even after that unsuccessful inning
remember that every cloud will have a silver lining.

WHEN YOU....

When you give, of yours, that beautiful smile
all that i can think for a little while
is how i can think of ,myself to relax
and would go away, all those that is to, me, tax.

When you, towards me give me that lovely look
i just wonder the extra effort that God, took
to someone like you, specially create
so that a glimpse, my desires, get satiate.

Whey you come beside me and utter a hi
all that i can think, as to me, a why
am blessed to have someone like you in life
by which would go away all my strife.

When you, towards me, make a pass
your first glimpse, i saw, comes to me, oh lass.
Again i wish, your hand, i could just hold
and tell you repeatedly what has been told.

When you tell me, how much, iam to you, special
it makes blessed that though am someone trivial.
Who could, someone like you i really deserve
so that, till eternity, i can think to preserve.

MUSINGS AT KURLA TERMINUS...

A brief background-this was written past midnight when i had gone with my friend to receive his brother.. KURLA station is the local one whereas terminus is diffrent all together..So, the experiences would be diffrent as you come to know as you read further..

As to receive someone, i went one night to Kurla,
a lot of things, in the terminus, that night, i saw.
I knew for sure that before it was too late
i start to write before i start feeling irate.

As my friend started getting his forty wink(s)
my mind in diffrent ways, started to think
in diffrent angles that was from the rest some
I could perceive beyond the trains that were to come!!

As i rested my weary feet on an empty trolley
people of diffrent kinds and types, i could see.
Somehwo they seem to have managed to have found
a place where they could rest their bod on the ground.

God knows,i wondered, where their train was
as all appeared, at that hour, quite bindaas.
Somehow contentment could be still seen on their face
as they managed somehow even if things were scarce.

Yet, one would let out a slight sigh
as the coffee/chaiwallah passed bye.
Could be heard the typical chant "adjust karo"
as newer people seem to trespass their row.

Forty winks slowly, to me, started to creep
and i thought, for a while, i must sleep.
Somehow, a place, close to my friend,i managed to get
and all my problems i thought i start to forget.
